200m Sandbag Run 40/30lb
50m KB Farmer’s Carry 50/35lb
50m prowler push or Tire Pull

Run: 6-8 200m sprints. Hold all times consistent with the first.
Coach’s Notes: All movements are to be done without a kip, swing, kick, or anything other than completely strict. There will be scaling 🙂
