I did not make class this morning as my 2 year old is sick and wife is giving birth on Thursday. I was able to get to the local gym this evening and did the two EWOD(s):
Run: 2.14 miles
Row: 3682 meters
Both sports were performed about 75%. Will improve on those distances as I shed the pounds.
Great job Mike! However, our EWODS are posted as a choice between Running OR Rowing :/ But way to beast it!
I was a little apprehensive about Little Bear, but I guess I didn’t need to be. Everybody did great this morning! Had mexican-ish tonight. It was delicious, but was weird to not have a tortilla.
