Many props to Kat!!!! She has come a long way in a short time. Her form is nearly perfect, except when she’s looking at the ceiling,like in this pic. Last night during Lil’ Bear, she never put the bar down and dug deep into depths her soul than she probably knew she had. Everyone in the classes kicked Lil’s Bears butt!!!
