That’s amazing Adrienne! Do you remember what your score was when we did this wod during the open? That would be an interesting comparison.
At any rate moving up 10lbs in less than a year is incredible!
If that was WOD #4, I did 84. I don’t remember what the time was.
The time cap for that WOD was 12 minutes. Definitely an improvement!!
Well, that was just awful. But I did shave a bit of time off. 12:23 vs 13:00 back in November. I neglected to write down what pound ball I used last time, but I’m pretty sure it was a 10#, and yesterday I used a 14#, so I’m happy 🙂

I kept the same weight 75# and used no bands on the dips
new time = 10:06!!
