Hey folks, D-Day is here! This Saturday, November 10th are the Whole Life Challenge Finals. We are going to run through the measurements, photos, and WOD just like we did during preliminaries, but with one tweak:
8 – 9am
Final meausrements & photos (then warm-up mobilize)
9 – 10:30am
Finals WOD
*Measurements, photos, and WOD will be first come – first served basis. However, we are taking one big GROUP photo at 9:05am. So be there or be square!
