This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10min.
COMPETITORS: Remember that you only have to get 1 rep to stay in the online competition. For many of you the weights for this workout just be might be a PR. So approach it as such- set a PR. Then . . . come back and complete the WOD scaled (see below for options) so that you may submit a higher score for the CFOIB leader board. The athlete at the top of the CFOIB leader board for week 2 wins a prize (regardless of scaling). Stay in the game either way!

Hmmmm interesting. May need your help on figuring out what to do Coach K. So you are saying perhaps? Complete once for official online competition best you can, but then perform a scaled version for the CFOIB Leaderboard?
Yes, exactly Laura.
Let’s say for instance: You have never snatched 45 lbs before. Well, we will give you 10 minutes to try to set a 1 rep max pr @ 45 pounds.
Let’s say you get 2 reps. But that’s it. Your online score will be 2. (While other super-elite-CrossFitters might have a score of 102). At least you are still in the online competition and can submit a score for week 3 and so on.
Then we’ll set the clock for another 10 minutes and have you knock out another shot at max reps but with a scaled weight (see above options). Let’s say you get 120 reps. Awesome! If you get the most reps (doesn’t matter if it’s scaled) out of any other CFOIB competitor for week 2 you get a PRIZE!
Everyone has a chance to WIN 🙂
Ok cool, gotcha. I can probably make it through the 45# set, but nada after that @75#. Maybe I should do a scaled version Friday for CFOIB board and then do the Open one Sat? I think it’d be too hard to do them back to back same day..whatcha think?
