I worked on double unders today, actually got two!!
WOD was 10 minutes 51 seconds with 55 pounds ending 45 pounds. The Rx weight seemed light, the combined with those push-ups it was plenty.
1.) worked on handstand walks, DU, & muscle up progressions…it was kinda fun
2.) 85# & mix of DU & sgls = 17:42
