In teams of 2: 6 rounds for time: 12 stone to shoulder (150/95) *split reps 16 squat cleans (155/105) *split reps 36 Med ball pass situps *together
Coach’s notes: For team WOD- select a partner & try to keep it one bar per team if possible. Split work on stones & cleans as see fit- one athlete working at a time.
