Rest 30 seconds

B. Deadlift

*Set 1 – 4 reps @ 65%

*Set 3 – 6 reps @ 90% (up 2% from last week)

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

C. For time:

Run 1600 Meters

40 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
