Coach’s Notes: For part A) each athlete performs a set of 15 of each, then 12, then 9. For part B) switch between the row & burpees as needed.

07 Subaru legacy. I’m pretty psyched. It’s a manual shift with a moon roof! Can’t pick it up till tomorrow morning and I feel like a kid at Christmas(that peaked at his gifts).
