Hello again. I didn’t improve my max for either snatch today, but I was able to do the snatches today. My wrist played along, and is getting better. I did add 10 pounds to Isabel, bringing me up to 105 for her, and finished 24 seconds slower. With the weight increase and doing full squat snatches instead of power snatches I’m counting this as a win.
Paleo is going well. I was wondering if anybody knows any good travel snacks or meals as we have a nine hour car drive in less than a week. Any ideas are welcome!
