WOD
A. Six sets of:
1 Push Press + 1 Jerk (increase load each set)
Rest 30 seconds
Unbroken Pull-Ups x 10-15 reps
Rest 3 minutes
B. Three rounds for time of:
5 Thruster (135/95)
10 Burpees
20 Double-Unders
Coach’s Notes: Post loads & sets of pullups each round & time completed for part 2.
Looks like good form to me. Hips are behind shoulders, legs are hairy and is balding.
Good points Jimmy! But I don’t think being hairy & bald have anything to do with your performance!
