Strength

  • Front Squat – Work to a heavy but smooth triple
    • No grinding
    • Stop before bar speed slows
  • Back-off: 10-15% for max unbroken reps

Superset:

  • DB Bulgarian Split Squat – 3×8/side (weight optional)
  • Tempo Goblet Squat (3 sec down) – 2×12
