- Front Squat – Work to a heavy but smooth triple
- No grinding
- Stop before bar speed slows
- Back-off: 10-15% for max unbroken reps

- DB Bulgarian Split Squat – 3×8/side (weight optional)
- Tempo Goblet Squat (3 sec down) – 2×12
