Paler challenge day 10: made a mistake….I added peas to my chicken and veggies. I might be voted off the island
The second day in, I had pea soup, and then looked up the Paleo foods list to realize peas are a no-no! I mean, I’ve always been told they’re a veggie…I guess cavemen think otherwise. Perhaps their cave-moms used to force them eat their peas so they took them off their list 😉
Ugh, Pea Soup?! That’s worse torture than giving up sugar!

Missed the workout today. Signed up for class and then overslept. Moral(s) to me: Sleep more! I also need to make sure I am eating enough. I think I may be pushing myself a little too much on not quite enough fuel.
