I made paleo porkchops from paleo pot. They were ok need some more flavor but prettugood as leftovers with veggies for work. Day 17 of 30 paleo challenge
Nov 30, 2011 my time for “Elysium” was 22:45. Today i completed it in 21:49. Getting stronger everyday!
That’s a HUGE improvement! I’m really happy to hear that our athletes are recording their times & measuring their progress! It is all part of the process and the point to our programming!
Checking in for Wednesday! Was psyched all day after the workout this morning! I am now three for three so far as improving goes this week. Not sure about tomorrow, as my wrist has been not happy today. I am still going to the 9:30 class tomorrow, but will have to wait and see if my wrist will hold up for snatches. I’m hoping it will.
I’ve been having a little wrist pain since the stone thrusters. Hopefully it’s just sore and we’ll recover soon!
