For MAX Load moved within with 10 minute time cap
“The Bear Complex”
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
One rep equals the entire above complex. Teams of 2 will conduct bear complex to accumulate total weight moved in 10mins. Anytime the bar touches the ground both team members will conduct 5 burpees (with exception of touch & go power clean). After the team performs 10 reps the penalty increases to 10 burpees.
****Highest score wins a Big Bash WOD Prize.
