 May 24th is Myrtle Beach’s Mud Run

Yep!  CFOIB Kids will be running again this year!

*parents go on line www.dirtymyrltemudrun.com and register you your athlete for the kid’s mud run

 

warm up:

row 4:00 min or play Fishy Row Game

10 jumping stars=> 10 heel walks=> 10 tip toe walk backwards=> 10 spiderman=> 10 superman=> jump rope 1:00 min

WOD:

Obstacle Course Fun (skills and drills to prepare us for our mud run)

crawling/climbing/jumping/running

Game:

water balloon toss

at  1200m, stop and do 10 burpees
