I did part 2 of today’s WOD 5:56 Rx with Coach’s Jeff & Rickey, and Paige. Then Paige & I did 10 rounds of 100m sprint & 20 double unders. I need to practice doing double unders under duress (or fatigue from running). It was awful. But since I got in one more WOD than Jeff did today that means I am stronger. Winning 😉
