haha weird, I did the SAME workout! 🙂 I’m running the Oyster Fest too and shooting for a killer time as I looked up the times from last year…so that means I’m going to be doing some additional speed training (blah)
yeah you’re not kidding…and I only did 3000 tonight 🙁 my butt likes me better if I run!
