Good article. Says a lot that I heard of CFOIB via word of mouth rather than Google-ing it or a Reebok commercial.
“Discipline” and “intensity”
Having no high school nor college athletic history under my belt, these two things are no doubt something I’m learning at CFOIB.
Keep up the good work & coaching!
Jeff does not let you fail. The WOD today was so beyond me. He made it positive and I accomplished. Way to go Jeff.
Through “discipline” and “intensity” I completed today’s Part 2 11:46 rx ( with Coach Jeff hot on my trail– though he did run a few extra meters!)
Doris- it’s great to see you commenting on here! This blog is a great outlet for our athletes to chat with each other, share accomplishments or frustration, and to motivate one another.
Keep posting!!
Rx’d 11:12, I ran out of time on the max but 315 will have to do till next time. I’m sure the bonecrusher and j-dub smoked my run time though!
Picture comment: Yet another crossfit crime scene!
Doris, you did a great job today, and you are so encouraging to others! I agree that Jeff does not let you fail nor does he let you settle for just “good enough”. I was content just reaching my old max, but with Jeff’s encouragement I increased it by 10 lbs.
